GD can handle any country format by placing the extra info into the Street field. You can also enable Street2 if you want more space.
It shouldn’t be necessary to ‘add more fields’.
Hello,
I had to look into it, next time it would help if you explain where and what to look for.
So, you are using HTML widgets to show GD Post info with shortcodes. That is fine.
Now you want those widget to appear only on certain pages.
Only GD widgets come with the custom GD Page targeting options.
To do something similar you will need widget logic to show an HTML widget on a specific page type. This is not a GD issue, it is a WP issue.
You can use Widget Logic to do that, and examples are here:

Or search the web or ask your host to disable it. It slows down your site to run that.
Not without a customization, no, sorry.

We are unable to perform customizations here in there forum.
Right, so, you should use the shortcode builder to recreate that with the options you want.
The image types should be set to display only the image fields you want.

Add the “Change Location” menu item to switch between cities.

To change what appears on the page, to show all listings, use the GD Listings shortcode on the page. Add one for each custom post type you are using.
