1. In the tabs ui – https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/tabs/
2. Ah, now I see. Please send a link so we can check on that. ThanksWe are working on additional feature integrations between GD and UsersWP. The function above will continue to work.
You will need to use a 3rd party plugin like a builder to do something like that, but yes it is possible.
April 11, 2019 at 8:42 pm in reply to: GD V2 after updating the search function returns an error. #480196Hi Shane,
How you host is up to you, and your host is the one to talk to about why the files cannot execute.
One thing you might not have tried is to re-upload Supreme Directory to your site, a fresh copy. Try enabling a theme like twentynineteen, then delete supreme. Then upload a fresh copy.

You will eventually want to upgrade to GDV2, yes.April 11, 2019 at 8:32 pm in reply to: Google API error – Geocode was not successful for the following reason: OVER_QUE #480191Maybe the database?
Or pull a local copy of the files and search them all. This reply has been marked as private. You can find the default content for the Location page at:
GD – Settings – Pages – Location – Default contentThe location page uses GD Listings, instead of GD Loop. You can display as many GD Listings elements as you like to slice and dice your listings, and show one or more for each CPT.
GD Listings has options for paging, but you will need to choose the layout you want.
1. Do you mean the ‘default tab’? In the tabs UI you can drag reviews to the ‘top’, the top tab is opened on load.
2. Please share a link and say more about that, it is not clear to me from your screenshot what you mean.
3. Not without a customization. You can exclude categories, though.
4. Not without a customization. We are considering adding more options for this in the future.April 11, 2019 at 8:01 pm in reply to: [gd_listings] shortcode is not working after update plugin v1 to v2 #480180This reply has been marked as private.April 11, 2019 at 7:50 pm in reply to: Upgraded v1 to v2 – "Send Enquiry", advanced search options #480178When I go to WP-Admin > Places > Settings > Search, add an advanced option such as “Category” or “Time”, I can’t click “Save”. If I add the category “Twitter”, it is able to save.
I have checked and I can see what you mean there. Please try a ‘conflict test’. Disable non-GD plugins one by one until you find the plugin that is causing that issue.

April 11, 2019 at 7:40 pm in reply to: Display more lines in "listing preview section" on homepage #480176Try using the GD Post Content element in your Archive Item template. It has a number of options and gives you a lot of control over how textareas are displayed.

Hi,
When you make a support request you can make it possible for us to help you as quickly as possible by always following up on your topic with an immediate private reply that includes all the access info we may need to login and debug the issue on your site.
You don’t have to do this, but it can save a couple of email exchanges.
Try posting them in the following format so they are easy to read and find in the topic:
WordPress Administrator Account Credentials
WP Admin Login URL:
Username:
Password:SFTP / FTP Credentials
Host URL:
Port:
Username:
Password:Also, when you are working on the site and expecting us to login and take a look it would help greatly if you could disable your security and cache plugins. You should disable cache anyways if you are making changes to the site and want to see the results on the public side.
Thanks for your understanding
Have you followed the upgrade instructions here?
Also in case you missed it, the instructions for upgrade to GDV2:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/upgrade-from-gdv1/…GT-Vouchers….
That is a 3rd party plugin and we don’t have any information about it or the author.
Another problem I found as all the CPT have disappeared from the nav bar? there are still active in the post types tab and in order?
CPTs now have their own menu entries in the backend. Can you see them? Did you upgrade all your GD addons?
List Manager requires Posts 2 Posts. It’s a simple ‘glue code’ plugin and doesn’t need any updates.
