Hello!
Ah, I see what you mean. After the listing is saved all the fields disappear.
We are checking on the issue. Please try disabling non-GD plugins one by one to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test
You can find some examples here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#searchThe near field, the second search field on your page, is the one that would be used to search zip codes in a proximity search so you probably don’t want to hide that one.
Caution: GDV2 is out, so you should be using GDV2 to build new sites.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/Excellent! Thanks for pointing that out!
With V2 you can add any kind of link you link directly within the detail page template, including a link to another page with your own form/logic.
If you have any other questions about GD features on your site please make a new topic.
Your page is still not serving over SSL, meaning, it is not accessible over SSL.
You can change all your links to HTTP instead of HTTPS, if yo ucannot get your SSL working properly.
Try contacting your host about your SSL issue.
If you want to change to HTTP we offer some pointers here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/mixed-content/
February 28, 2019 at 5:06 pm in reply to: Supreme v2 Theme: Images sizes & WP Media settings #471720Hello,
For Supreme featured image areas you should use images that are BIG but also that are optimized for the web. 1400 width is a good place to start because that is wider than the most common screen setting.
GD doesn’t come with any settings to add/change your image sizes. See this document for more information about GDV2 and WP Images:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/images/You’re welcome 🙂
Excellent!
Sure!
1. You can adjust the custom field settings in :
GD – Place Settings – Custom Fields.
– Choose a field that you want to place in the listing, and open it
– Find “Show in what locations” and choose “Listing page”
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#general2. GD listings is available as a shortcode or a widget.
You can add each of the listings with an offer into a category, and then restrict GD listings to show only that category.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listings
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/widgets/Hello,
Sounds like you are on the right track for a GDV1 listing page map: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listing
Have you already tried the widget? That makes the settings easy to adjust.
Here are the V1 docs:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listinggd
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/widgets/When are you planning to upgrade to GDV2?
https://wpgeodirectory.com/try-geodirectory-v2/This is how to do it:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/custom-field-improvements-in-new-v1-6-6/
as a predefined custom field. Can you show a screenshot so we can be sure of which text you mean?
You can probably find someone here to build it for you, for V2 probably:
https://geodirectoryexperts.com/experts/Have you tried to add the information on the first line AFTER the map pin has been moved to the right location?
With GDV2 you can use an HTML area and use multiple GD Post Meta together to get your closer to what you are looking for.
Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/common-examples/#address-line-break
Oh no! That’s not right 🙁
Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look at the settings.
