Why not using a GD CPT for your posts, then you can use the popular post widget?

Hi Lars, I am guessing the directory is for the same topic but will listings in 3 countries and maybe in 2 or 3 languages [ Danish, English and American 🙂 ]
Just the one site with 2 languages should do it, unless you have a good reason to have separate sites, but then I don’t think you would have asked.

Use this to select the post type
geodir_get_current_posttype()=='gd_place'GD uses only 1 size of image, and does not create any thumbnails to save server space.
Any images is resized proportionally to fit in the available room, so if you add a long banner of 1000 x 300, and the space is 300 x 150, then the banner will be resized to 50% or 500 x 150, and centered in the available space, so 100 pixels will be hidden either side.
Same happens for portrait images.Plugins like “RESIZE IMAGE AFTER UPLOAD” will not work because GD does not use the media library.
To change the opacity, try this CSS – change to suit:

By default, GD Listings and Search pages have the same header as any other page using the 1280 Genesis child theme. So I am not quite following…
