Please post URL, WP admin and FTP details in a private reply, and we will have a check.
This site has everything up to date, using GDF, and my testing on my test site is fine too.
http://www.2cv.com.au/members/We will need your admin details to check if it is a GD issue. Please post them in a private reply. Thanks.
Add this CSS, adjust to suit your price package:
.geodir_price_package_1 {display: none;}October 23, 2016 at 10:27 pm in reply to: "snap shot view" of recent updates to pages possible? #290350Not sure I understand correctly, but I think you are using a WP widget to display a link to WP posts or pages, not a GD widget for GD listings.
Have a look at something like this maybe: https://wordpress.org/plugins/recent-posts-widget-extended/
But I am not sure I understand correctly …My understanding is that in the latest version, you do not need to add that function anymore. You can add shortcodes to any html field, but you need to use the code I used to tell what field will accept shortcodes. Allowing users to add shortcodes is a security risk.
To add tabs, review this https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#fieldset
I’ll get the developers to confirm and review your question after the weekend.
1) Go to GD > Place Settings > Custom Fields tab > category field
Open by clicking on it
Add this field to the advanced search? YES
Then go to the Advanced Search tab
Click on category on the left, it will move to the right
Say YES to “Show in main search bar”
Save2) Those are CPTs in the demo, not categories.
If you want to add categories there, add them using the normal WP menu.3) You will need a SSL certifate, please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/
4) Appearance > Menus
You’re welcome 🙂
Set the country settings to “default country” and you will see this option appear:
“Hide country part of url for LISTING, CPT and LOCATION pages?”
Tick that, and the country will disappear from your breadcrumbs. And yes, in future, you need to use the account where the plugins where paid for to get full support. Free users are only entitled to support for the core plugin.
You’re welcome 🙂
That is correct, that is how it works with the GD core plugin only.
If you use the Location Manager addon, you have more options to hide the country and region part of the breadcrumbs.1. You must have missed a step in the setup somewhere, there is little we can do about that, you will need to carefully step through https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/#facebook
2. Most likely your server is running a very old version of OpenSSL.
Only your server admin can solve that. Please see:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/error-while-updating-geodirectory-claim-manager/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/errors-updating-gd-plugins/
There are several other and all were solved in the same way.3. Can you please post your WP admin and FTP details in a private reply.
4. Have you updated the core language file? I think you are using an older version.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/5. Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation
Adding the link at GD > design > navigation will give you the correct link.6. Add this to your CSS:
.geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_more_info.post_address span[itemprop="addressLocality"] { display: initial; } .geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_more_info.post_address span[itemprop="addressLocality"]::after { content: " "; } .geodir-bubble-meta-side .geodir_more_info.post_address span[itemprop="addressLocality"]::before { content: " "; }7. The number of listings there is set at WP Settings > reading > Blog pages show at most
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-change-the-number-of-listings-per-page/That is just a matter of adjusting any current CSS to match what you want.
See https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/I updated your GD framework, and all seems OK now. Can you please check?
You’re welcome 🙂
