It works exactly the same on any page, it will not link to the author page of another user.If you want to go to the author page of the user that owns the listing, you need to activate the Claims addon, and add a link to the author in the sidebar of the detail page.
Google probably thinks you are looking for Dover in the UK, so looks for listings there.
Restrict your multilocations to the US only if you can [use default country] and it should start working.

I don’t know where you added it, but I added it to an actual detail event page [it cannot work anywhere else] and it seems to work for me.

The fact that you have 3 Tucsons presented like that, shows that your multilocations in your database need fixing.
