The review stars have turned black? I have the colour set in the review plugin.
I cannot see that anywhere, can you give a URL where we can see that?Can you give us URLs and be more specific as to what you think we should review?

That is not possible without your own customization, but there is no need to add a specific street address. A user can add anything they like for the street address, and drag the map marker to an approximate location.

Currently your category search is added to the search bar, so you will never see it in the customised search box.Can you clarify what you think what exactly the problem is?

I guess this may be an issue with Buddypress which requires activation before creating a user.
With UsersWP you have extra registration options, and the requirement for activation can be turned off.
It seems logic that you can not require activation and automatic registration at the same time.I’ll get a developer to have a look at your question too.

You cannot convert from V1 to V2 and back using the same database.
That is probably why you have all duplicates.

If you have updated the plugins, I assume you already had listings? Dummy data only get imported if you have no listings yet and if you have a default location set.

In V2 look at the content of the template pages, and adjust the shortcodes to remove the maps.
They may be added as widgets too.In V2 to turn off the Map tab, go: Places > Settings > Tabs tab > and remove the Map tab.
