Open “Screen Options” and tick “Custom Fields”
ThanksHave a look at the Emails section in your WP Admin area.
Thanks
Have a look at the source of the email in your email program.
It all depends a bit on the email program you use.
But just use the editor and switch between the visual and text tab. Thanks
That is possible with GD.
Go to GD > Notifications > Options tab > Use advanced editor? (slow loading) > YES
Then you can use proper HTML to dress up your emails. Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. The emails are being created by your site. If they are not sent or received, try changing your sending email to an email matching your domain. You will have to contact your host and ask them why your emails are not sent.
ThanksPlease post WP admin details too. Thanks

Thanks
Add an email address to the listing and it will be sent there.
ThanksThis reply has been marked as private.I completed the listing with a full address and added a category, neither were there.
It all looks fine to me once you complete the listing.See my second image, I had no problem changing the title of the Popular Categories widget in the GD home section.
GD Home refers to all location pages, ie the start page for a location. GD Home does not refer to your website homepage.
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/Popular Location widget lists locations alphabetically. Which indeed is not the same as “popular”.
Every listing must be in at least one category.
Street address is required, it cannot be left empty. Please check and let us know.
Thanks
Also, when i changed the title of “popular places” to “locations” it changed on the search page but not the home page.
You do not have a “popular location” widget on the search page?
And the title change looks fine to me on the location pages, see image.
Your homepage is not a GD page so you must be adding widgets there a different way, possibly shortcodes?I was trying to simply change the name of the widgets for popular post category in the supreme theme. I got this error both when trying to change it for GD Home Top and GD Search Top Sections.
I cannot recreate that, see image. Thanks
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp
You are running two caching systems at the same time.
I tried disabling them, but that is not the problem, I am forwarding to a developer for a closer look. Thanks
