“User defined” means you were geo-located.

2. That is because the geolocation service activates the “near me” setting. Clear that setting and that will clear the “user defined” text, see 1.png.

Lots of data is in the wrong column, for example the address column has city data.
Is the category in the post_category existing? Because that seems to be the city in there?

I suggest you add one listing from the frontend or backend, then export that listing.
That will give you the correct format.
