Are the plugins activated on the subsites?
Have you added the widgets for each subsite?

1. Temporarily change the user to “author”
2. Go to the listings and set to claimed in sidebar, and change user.
3. Change user back to “subscriber” or whatever he/she was.Thanks

Yes, I already changed “Title” to “Company” as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/can-i-change-place-title-and-place-description/ but it is not taking effect for the same reason as the other translations.
