I am guessing that is one of the Jetpack settings.
Try disabling JetPack and see what happens.If we need to look at anything we will need URL and WP admin details in a private reply.

Your theme’s container is set to a max width of 1170px, so the map cannot get outside that.
So that is a theme issue, not a plugin issue.
