Hi there,
Thanks for your post. This looks like it came from another plugin and not from GD. Try deactivating each plugin and see which one is causing this issue.
Thanks!
Hi Rafaela,
Thanks for your reply. Let’s try fixing this using the custom CSS code below. Let us know how it went.
h3.geodir-entry-title a{ color: #22b5ce!important; font-size: 20px!important; } .h3, h3 { font-size: 20px!important; }Hi Jason,
You can adjust the size of the search using custom CSS. Refer to this article and see if it helps https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-your-style/
Thanks!
Hi there,
Thanks for your post. If you’re using our GDF theme, all theme option settings will be preserved when you switch to the child theme. I’d advise that you insert all your custom CSS into GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS and insert all custom JS codes using the “Code Snippet” plugin.
Thanks!
Hi Rafaela,
Thanks for your reply. Just tested it again by creating a review and I’m able to see the issue there. Could you create a “bone image” with only borders like the fontawesome “Star Rating” so that we could try to imitate it?
Thanks
Hi Maxime,
Thanks for your post. You can actually choose which category to hide using the option here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#map .
For your second question, could you enable this option https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#near and see if it helps?
Hi Mical,
Thanks for your post. Could you elaborate a little bit more about the issue you had with the “Google Analytics”? Perhaps you can share some screenshots or a URL link? You can use the private reply option below.
As for your map issue, all GD map defaults to “Map” and not Satellite. https://wpgeo.directory/ . Could you share your WP admin access so that I could check your Website setup?
Thanks!
Hi Rocky,
Thanks for your post. Just inspected your Website backend and I noticed that you’ve not inserted an API key for your map. Refer to this section of the documentation for your reference https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
Thanks!
Hi there,
All settings will not be overwritten when you update the parent theme. Unless you made some customization directly on the theme.
Thanks!
Hi Clayton,
Just clarified a developer and if the user is not logged in, the add list form will not be visible to the user and will not be directed to the login page.
Thanks!
Hi Marie,
Thanks for your reply. Could you add more listings so that I could check on the CSS?
Thanks!
Hi Clayton,
Sorry for the misunderstanding. I know what you mean now. Let me check with a developer and I will come back to you asap!
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Katie,
Thanks for your reply. As explained in that post,
What has changed:
All FB Applications making use of more than ‘public_profile’ and ’email’ must be submitted for review. The FB App settings required for Social Importer make use of additional permissions, and so the FB Apps must be submitted for review. This applies to existing and new apps. You’ll have to submit your FB app for review and once you’ve got it approved, you’ll be able to use it. There is nothing you can do while your FB app is in the review process.
Thanks!
Hi there,
Refer to the “Listing Detail Page” in this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/
Thanks!
