Hi Paolo
thanks and if it would be there, I would have used it…
I updated all plugin and activated, thanks to the forced plugin, which I also still need for a few more of my directory sites. Strange is, that I was able to update several sites without a problem, and other just did not work.
the theme license in Appearance is not there, on several of the “still do update” sites, all the same, see screenshot attached.
When I click on theme update, always same message as I stated before.
please advise, thanks
HolgerStiofan
thanks worked for the plugins, however, the framework update, same old message:
Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
and in autoupdate/licensing to activate is no place to enter the license key?
this is more than frustrating.
I have a few more sites to fix. Where can I download the Force Updater to get it done???
thanksThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Powerboat, same for me. Up for renewal this month and with over 30+ sites, it is unreal and for subscription members should not be this way. For me it is also deal breaker.
I am switching already some sites over to Mobile directories, first of their kind and with GPS and Geo enabled. Little more costly but less hassle. Have to see, maybe fo one more term with GD
Enough work with all the wordpress and extra plugins for updates, but enter couple of hundreds license keys is not effective workloadLike your style, pushing me for a competition to get it done, faster….
Good way to motivate me…
will outsource this to 10 people
one site per person, done in 5 minutes.just kidding
thanks for allThanks Paolo
sharing the pain
looks like have to put some night shifts in…Hi Paolo, thanks for the response.
Sorry, I did not state it clear enough I meant the “Auto Update/Licensing” in the Directory
see screenshot attached.
Do I have to enter for each plugin the license details on each of my directory sites?
The update function you refer to, I know and did already several times, 1st core, and then the others.
I am concerned about the manual task to enter each different license key for each plugin on each directory site. I understand it is a one time entry, but still very time consuming.
thanksPaolo,
any advise for simplified update?
I have now 10 – 15 sites up and this is an unbelievable chore to update all plugins etc. individually for each site.
we have 12 more to install and more to come. This is killing me…
please advise
thanksTo ALL:
all directories
working now as before

HolgerThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Guust, thanks for assisting
Your advise got me on the correct track to identify the issue.
I have a very effective security plugin installed. When I installed the additional directory sites, based on a master copy so to speak, the security settings were copied too, and in the htaccess file, was a function “deny” post. So, after taking that manually to allow, problem solved.
Next install using the master, I will deactivate that security plugin and install anew.
great help here, pleasure to have such great support team available.
Love it more and more.
and Happy New Year and success for 2016 to all
