you should have a trace on your error logs about that 500 error. It’s probably a server configuration problem.

An alternative is to roll back GeoDirectory to the version you were using before latest update.

If you don’t want to update the add-ons you shouldn’t update anything else.

Hi,

you have to change the IDs in :

the wp_comment table = comment_post_ID
the wp_geodir_post_review = post_id

After that, to recalculate the ratings, unapprove and re-approve any comment.

That should do it.

if you are typing that cannot happen because there is no pop up in that case.

If it happens only when pasting, just make sure you are not pasting more than the allowed characters.

We can’t remove the exceeded characters while also preserving formatting.
