This reply has been marked as private.Correct GeoDirectory Framework must be installed and updated as a thmee . Glad it’s all solved. 🙂
Hi,
I’m really sorry about that, I just double checked and it looks like we changed the version number on our system, but we left old files.
I asked to the developers to follow up asap.
Thanks for your patience,
Hi,
just FYI, the current version of Supreme is 1.0.3.my mistake, the version number has changed, but we must have forgot to update the files… I asked to Stiofan to check this…For the “not found” problem, you probably just need to re-save your WordPress permalinks.
If this doesn’t help, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will follow up.
Let us know,
Thanks
Hi,
did you add the license keys for each add-on in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing? Please read this doc: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates
Not all add-ons are updated all the time. The BuddyPress integration this time wasn’t updated. The GeoDirectory Framework is a theme, nothing to do with the core plugin.
You should never deactivate the plugins, simply 1st update GeoDirectory, then update all the add-ons even all together.
Let us know if this helps, if it doesn’t please provide a link and admin credentials and we will assist.
Thanks
Hi,
both parent and sub categories description is edited via the edit category screen.
See image attached.

July 28, 2016 at 8:10 pm in reply to: search showing all listings, not just specific location #235356Hi,
your current permalink structure doesn’t include the country (united-states), that is confusing the system and I’m not sure where you got that link from.
The correct link for that category in Illinois on your website is: http://www.dentistnearmereviews.com/dentist/illinois-1/general-dentist/
If you want you can include the country back too, but you need to do that from GD >> MultiLocations and disable: Hide country part of url for LISTING, CPT and LOCATION pages?
I explained why the sort drop down appears in archive pages and not search result pages in another topic of yours.
Thanks
Hi,
we will need to check on your website directly, can you please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply?
Let us know,
Thanks
hi,
yes you can download the zip files and update via FTP, or you can use a plugin like this too: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/
If automatic updates are not working, it could be due to license activated while on another domain (staging website), in that case you need to deactivate them all and reactivate them to make them valid for the new domain too.
If that’s not the case the problem could be an old version of OpenSSL installed on your server.
Let us know if this helped.
Thanks
Hi,
this is not possible out of the box, I think Giri already replied about this in another topic.
Thanks
Not out of the box… Maybe with a role manager plugin or something.
Thanks
Hi,
yes, in GeoDirectory >> General >> Allow user to see wp-admin area, if you set that to yes, it will allow users to see what their role is capable of seeing of the wp dashboard area.
If they are author, they will be able to add posts too.
Thanks
Hi,
I think the problem is related with the incomplete move from http to https. There are some mixed content blocked.
In Settings >> General you had not changed from http to https in WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL). I did that for you.
Now you need to use a tool like this to find all instances of your website url with http:// and replace them with https://
Find: http://foodtruckreviewz.com
Replace with: https://foodtruckreviewz.com/
Once you do that, everything should work correctly.
Let us know if this helped.
Thanks
