Events should be active with GeoDirectory before converting.
Than you would activate whoop and any other extra add-ons.
Thanks
May 16, 2016 at 7:13 pm in reply to: Supreme Bugs: Detail Layout and Visual Composer Backend Incompatible #192453Hi,
I can’t access the dashboard. When showing the page details as a list, to move elements from the main content to the sidebar, you have to exclude the corresponsding tab from design > details.
If you provide correct admin credentials, I’ll check the css problem too.
Thanks
Hi,

Hi,
you have no place categories. Go to Places > Place Categories and add at least 1.
Assign the listing you created to that category.
The system requires each place to be assigned to at least 1 category.
Let us know how you went,
Thanks
Hi,
you had an old object-cache.php file from w3tc left in wp-content.
That was creating the problem. I deleted and now it works.
Thanks
Hi,
normally the border is there, if there isn’t it is because the theme css is altering the original.
Adding this in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scritps >> Custom css
.geodir_category_list_view li.geodir-gridview { background: #eee none repeat scroll 0 0; border: 1px solid #ccc; }Should add both background and border.
Please look into a plugin like this for future custom css changes: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/
Customizing the look of your website goes beyond support.
Thanks
Hi,

Hi,
out of the box that is not possible. Websites have different databases, they can’t share data.
There is a plugin with an extension for GeoDirectory that works for a MultiSite installed and should broadcast data from 1 website of the network to others.
However I never tested and I’m not sure how it works. https://broadcast.plainviewplugins.com/addon/geodirectory/
You’ll need to ask for support to its author in case.
Thank you,
Please try this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/split-new-licence-updates-system-info-jo/#post-154629
