    Hi,

    you can add a place holder for all listings without images in GeoDirectory > Design > Listings > Upload listing no image.

    Or add a default image for each listing category. Both will only be used as thumbs in widgets, listings and search pages. Not on detail pages.

    If you want to udpate via CSV file, make sure to enable > Update listing if post with post_id already exists.

    Hi,

    in that case disable the claim force to upgrade option.

    After claiming for free, users can upgrade the listing.

    If you force the upgrade, the free package obivously won’t appear.

    Hi,

    ok I double checked and that is not an option. Google should be able to index all those pages starting from the location pages and for directories with many locations and custom post types / categories it could take forever to generate all sitemaps.

    If many other members will vote for it we will definitely consider it.

    Otherwise you could hire a developer to create this customization especially for you.

    1) your permalink structure is wrong.

    this : /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

    should be: /%postname%/

    I’ve changed them and now it works. Also the join now page of your theme was broken. BTW you should chose to use one or the other. GD offers a way to redirect the login page to any other page with a php snippet: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/redirecting-the-login-page/

    2) That require custom CSS and if you intend to add custom post type and advance search add-on, CSS required will be different.

    3) In GD > MultiLocations you enabled : Enable default city (City drop-down will not appear on add listing and location switcher). Which means use only the default city… I enabled Multi City for you.

    4) I’ve added some custom css in gd > design > scripts for this.

    5) You can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/? It is very easy

    Hi,

    1) when they X the image it removes it from the image array, when the post is saved it checks the array for missing images and removes them if missing.

    2) there is no such widget.
