Hello,
If you want the maximum control of the details page sidebar, then instead of using the GD Output Location widget you will want to switch to using individual widgets to display listing data.
You can use GD Post Meta for most custom fields like a URL for FB.
GD Post Address (gd_post_address_ will give you formatting control over the address.
GD Post Meta (gd_post_meta) can also be used for category or tags.
GD Post Title (gd_post_title) will show the title.
Another option is to use GD Output Location for a subset of the fields. Perhaps place GD Output location at the bottom of the sidebar, and set your Facebook, Twitter and social links custom fields to display in the sidebar with GD Output Locations. Then use individual widgets for other fields.
Always use the shortcode builder or widgets so you can adjust all the options to your liking.

Hello,
the category autocomplete suggestions will direct the user to the appropriate category archive page.
To complete a search using category, then yes you will need to add category to the search bar as a drop down.
It is possible to turn off the category suggestions/autocomplete dropdown with the Advanced Search addon options in
GD – Settings – Advanced Search – Show Advanced – Show search suggestions with
It is not possible to accomplish registration, creating a listing, and payment in the same page.
First the visitor should register, then login to view the add listing page, submit their listing and checkout. You can adjust the options for the gd_add_listing shortcode to include links to login and register.

Hello,
GDV2 docs are here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/
If you accidentally ended up on our V1 docs, yes, the interface has changed completely.
Invoicing is a separate plugin, and docs can be found here: https://wpinvoicing.com/docs/
For a ‘reference’ setup I would recommend you try installing either Supreme or Whoop, our free themes, and then running the setup wizard. That will give you the option to automatically setup menus, widgets and more. If you also choose the option for default content during the setup wizard, then it will give you a very good idea of how things can be setup.

create an item in Invoicing. I cant see how I assign a package to a place or an event
Packages are created with the Payment Manager addon for GD. Once the addon is setup and packages are created, you can then edit a listing and assign a package to the listing.

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/Hello,
Please share a link to the page and credentials so we can take a look at the problem.
We can probably fix that with some custom CSS.
Thanks
Alex
PS In the future, please post UsersWP issues to https://userswp.io/support/
Thanks again
That is not possible without a customization. You can find our docs about customizing here : https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/customizing/
That link was meant to point tot he same page and has been updated.

Hello,
still not sure what kind of change you want to make.
Do you want to link posts?
You can setup the Custom Post Type addon (activate) and then use a field “Link Posts: Places” inside the custom fields for the CPT.
Have you tried that? It is covered here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/custom-post-types/
What change do you want to make?
August 28, 2019 at 12:08 pm in reply to: Categories that are not in the location must be hidden in the list #505337We will consider making changes but we don’t have a timeline for you.
This reply has been marked as private.Ah, that is easier.
In the Package settings there is the field “Claim Packages” to adjust which packages can be claimed. If you don’t want that package to be claimed, then make sure it isn’t listed in the field for any of the packages.
We cannot provide support when you have premium addons installed.
If you want Kleo to ‘work’ without GeoDirectory you should contact the Kleo authors for support.
