You can use the option to show only featured listings, but there isn’t an option to sort by featured. Show only featured with show_featured_only=”1″

For users facing features GD has favorites for a list of favorites and the new then there is the List Save, so each user can have their own lists of listings, public and private.
If you want to provide data then you can use a plugin like WP All import to post CSV files for users to publish in a place where users can reach them.
GD itself doesn’t publish or export files, like that, though.
