If you are using GD Output Location then the only way is to remove the label with CSS.

If you are using GD Post Meta as a shortcode you can prefix with text without a colon and then set the output to value only.

Try using full location and category in the URL.

UsersWP installs a login page with a login form, make a menu item to point to that. You can use the UsersWP menu options because they automatically show/hide for logged in/out users.

When listings are claimed you can use the Package settings to choose which packages can be chosen and paid for at claim

GD doesn’t have a setting for show/hide for logged in/out but there are lots of 3rd party plugins that do offer that sort of feature.

Your shortcode is incorrect for GDV2. Please use a shrotcode builder to create shortcodes with the correct parameters:
