That is fairly typical with OpenStreetMaps.
I suggest you drag the marker to the correct location, and then adjust the address. Do NOT click on “set on map” again.Let us know if that solved it. Otherwise you can try the Google Map API.
Sure, if we need to have a look.
Just use the “code inspector” [hit F12] and select console to check any errors.Great to hear !! 🙂
Wordfence stops me from looking at the page, but most likely your Google Map API is not set up correctly.
You can go to OSM at GD > Settings > General > Show advanced > Maps API > Openstreetmap APIThanks
You will need a theme that allows for sidebars to be removed and has a full-width page option. 2019 is a very basic theme.
ThanksThis reply has been marked as private.I am using a third-party theme and would like for the directory to display on a page that I created called directory.
I suggest you go to
GD > Settings > Pages > Location page > Edit page
and rename the page and/or permalink/slug to Directory. My issue is first how do I get all features of the directory to work just on the pages associated with the directory without new widgets from the directory being added to other parts of my site?
GD widgets have options which pages you want to show them on, see image 1.
For example, I don’t want a directory search on my homepage or contact page, etc…
GD Search will not be added there unless you actually do that yourself.
What settings or short code can I use to start building out my main landing page for the directory using the widgets?
Have a look at
GD > Settings > Pages > Location page > Edit page
That will be the start page for your directory. It has the shortcodes ready, and then you can use the shortcode builder or blocks to adjust as required, and you can also add widgets as explained earlier.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/I read that you can run the setup wizard as much as needed but I was only able to run it once during setup. I don’t see a section called Help as the instructions and video indicate to get back to the wizard.
Go to GD > Settings, and click on “Help” in the very top right corner.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/setup-wizard/Last thing, I have a pro license of Elementor but I have run into issues trying to use the tool in the past few months of purchase. Do you have a better recommendation?
Wordpress has enough built-in design tools foro most users, including the Gutenberg blocks: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/gutenberg/
But you should be able to use most builders too, but it does not always make things easier than not using one:

Thanks

I cannot see the linked posts, have you cleared all your caches?
The linked_from_services is not excluded for the free package, it is a tab.Edit this file:
/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/template-parts/header/header-single-top.phpAt about line add this code:
$social_shortcodes .= '[gd_post_badge key="instagram" condition="is_not_empty" icon_class="fab fa-instagram fa-fw" link="%%input%%" new_window="1" bg_color="#a94999" txt_color="#ffffff" alignment="left"]';This will be added in the next update too.
Thanks
Edit the shortcode on the Add Listing page:
[gd_add_listing show_login="1"]Thanks
You have a lot of errors in the language files, please review them.
I turned off Loco for now, you should only use PoEdit for best results.Did you put the files in the correct folder:
/wp-content/languages/plugins/ ?We will need FTP and WP admin details if we need to check your settings.
Thanks
Expiring only works correctly if the listing is added and paid for from the frontend. Recurring packages only can work correctly if the payment contract is set up at a payment gateway.
Recurring cannot be tested in test mode.I’ll get the developers to check my answer, in case there is something to add.
Thanks
