The first question cannot be looked at until you fix your file owners. Contact your host to fix that problem and also the problem with the .htaccess file as reported at http://www.mehendi.gallery/wp-admin/options-permalink.php

Option 1: Require street input (recommended)

I now updated GD core manually.

.htaccess only needs 644, see https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions#.htaccess_permissions

The files and folders on your site are owned by different users, which may be the problem, see the image below. That stops updates etc, and may be the source of your issues.
You should make sure they are all owned by the same user.

The next thing to try would be to de-activate your other plugins to find which one is breaking the GD search.

Let us know how you go with that.

1. Please update the GD core plugin to the latest version.
2. I also turned off GD Booster, because you are already running another caching plugin, you should only use one.
3. Your permalinks are set incorrectly, but they cannot be changed because your htaccess file is not writable: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames
4. Your GD permalinks were not set correctly, you cannot choose /region/city/ only if you allow listings in more than one country.

Please fix 1 and 2 and we will have another look for you.

The search does not search custom fields, see

GD will check the entry titles, description and taxonomies (tags and categories) of the listings.
The search will not check custom fields or locations.

If you ever had an option to “clear the cache” then you must have had some caching plugin active, rather than GD Booster.

The only way to fix the first issue, is to keep an eye on locations being added while the location list is building.

The second issue I think is because you have not selected to include location specific URLS at GD > Permalinks > Add location in urls
