I suggest you just change that CSS to show a solid color on that page. I don’t think there are any other issues with hiding that area on other pages.

You need to click through to the listings from
/author/adminYou are hiding or have deleted the featured section of the Listing Preview page, so you do not get the submit button. You need to un-hide that section.
You have selected for new listings to be set as Pending Review at GD > Design > New listing default status. You need to publish them.
I think the author’s page sidebar issue is fixed in the upcoming Supreme update, but I will get the developers to confirm.

5. Will work like that out of the box if using different Custom Post Types for different types ov listings. Custom fields are always presented in the Add Listing form depending on Custom Post Type and Price Package.
7. Any share options not included can easily be added using other plugins. From your question it is not clear if you want users to share, or admins. Also I am assuming you mean sharing of listings. All other questions are easily implemented with ouf addons.

Your franchises probably have sufficient information which is different from other listings, or you would not be using the franchise manager. Even if Google thinks they are duplicates, Google would still keep at least one of the listings in its search results.

Did you add any widgets at Appearance > Widgets > GD Author?
Are you accessing the GD Author page from the GD Login widget and are you logged in as a user with listings?

ThanksIt uses a different template because you are not using addresses for that CPT so there will be no map for those listings.
