With Multisite each site is completely separated. If you add a listing in the /de/ website there will be nothing in the /fr/ website.

With your membership you can use the licenses in as many website as you wish.

1 not possible to add links in that dropdown

2 just add the login box widget in the author sidebar

3 yes with the login box, otherwise you can add it as html

4 just add a link to the add listing page (but manually) and if they are not logged in they will be directed to the login page, after login they’ll be directed back to the add listing page.

Add listing page link for the default custom post type is yoursite.com/add-listing/listing_type=gd_place

just change the gd_place at the end to switch to other CPTs.

you need to fix/complete the SSL certificate config.

You still have mixed content on that page. Please install the plugin called better search and replace and use it to search any link on your database that starts with:

http://www.costumehq.net/

and replace it with

https://www.costumehq.net/
