With the latest version of WP Easy Updates and GD it should be possible to deactivate the key.
Please check and let us know.
Did you create the listing through the frontend and choose the package there?

CSS for Map Bubbles sounds good. You can also customize it.
Add GD Post Address to the Archive item template underneath GD Output location.

2. 3. This usually means there is an error/incomplete data in whichever categories will not load. Try exporting the listings and sorting by that category to see if the error is visible.
4. Archive does work only with loop, yes.
Try disabling Ninja Forms to see if that helps.

If you are using Elementor, why not just make the archive and details layouts with that and insert the sidebar in the template?
Try resaving the permalinks after you activate the location manager.
