Make sure to link to all categories, and use breadcrumbs where possible, then a crawler will find all pages eventually.
If you submit the sitemap to the search engines too, then the crawlers may be faster.
Have a look at GD > Metas and Titles, and also GD > Multilocations > SEO settings.

It works fine if Ultimate Member is turned off.
Ultimate Member takes you to the wrong page.
The correct page is …/author/geodirectory/ but Ultimate Member changes that to …/utilisateur/geodirectory/
That is why it does not work unless you turn off Ultimate Member or check out the links Kiran gave you.
