Does that software have a CSV file export? Then you can use that to re-arrange into a GD import CVS. That will be the only way that will work without building your own conversion program.
Thanks
Wordpress cannot work without putting a post (listing) in at least one category.
Thanks
You can change ‘import from facebook page/event’ using the language file of the Social Importer addon, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/ and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-addons/
Facebook is taking forever to approve the requests, but there is a new Social Importer version being tested that by-passes the Facebook permissions: https://wpgeodirectory.com/social-importer-v2-beta-released/
It only works for the moment if you use all V2 plugins. You cannot mix and match V1 and V2 plugins.
Thanks
Your settings are set to charge every six months. You need to change the 6 to a 1, so payment will be required every month to stop the listing from expiring.
The listing will be active for 1 month unless renewed automatically, then a further month will be added, etc.
So it will never expire if every month the payment is made automatically.Thanka
Are you using https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#spamshield ?
Let us know.
You can just put anything else in a save. For example, put in a space.
Or save any new numbers over the top of them, if that is what you are trying to do.Thanks
If you do not want the listings to ever expire, you do not need to select “recurring payment”, and set the number of days to zero.
Thanks
You could try a Google search: https://www.google.com.au/search?&q=wp+plugin+to+automate+newsletters+for+new+posts
I think there are some plugins that can send info about new posts/listings per category, but I doubt you will find one that will send news based on a GD location.
Thanks
September 22, 2018 at 12:01 am in reply to: Is Whoop compatible with the new Marketplace plugin for GD? #447266It is compatible, but not integrated. You will need our UsersWP for that: https://userswp.io/downloads/woocommerce/
You can get help at https://userswp.io/support/ if you need any.
Thanks
You can do that with this CSS, adjust as required:
.search_by_post option[value=gd_event] {display: none;}https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#cpt-post
Thanks
September 21, 2018 at 11:35 pm in reply to: Is Whoop compatible with the new Marketplace plugin for GD? #447263Yes, it is compatible, but there is no integration between GD and WCMP. You will also need WooCommerce, and if you use UsersWP and the UsersWP WooCommerce addon, you can add user products to their profile page.
You can see an example here, using GD, WC, WCMP, UWP and UWP-WC:

Giving your users access to add shortcodes is a security risk, so that is turned off by default for custom fields that can be added by others than admin.
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/custom-field-with-shortcode/#post-446545Related info: https://wpgeodirectory.com/formidable-forms-in-geodirectory-tabs/
Thanks
Can you turn off all the non-GD plugins and see it it works then?
Then turn them back on one by one to isolate the conflict.
ThanksHere are some links that should assist, it explains how to add new HTML fields and tabs to a detail page:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#fieldset
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#htmlOn the detail page, you linked, the menu in the side are essentially the normal tab links but customized with special coding.
Let me know if I misunderstood.
ThanksThere is no text editor for the Location SEO settings, but you can just write a post somewhere else and then copy the code if you like.
