Hi,
I asked to Stiofan to follow up.
He’ll let us know asap.
Thanks
ok the problem is if I access /wp-admin/, the redirect coupled with the missing captcha didn’t let me in.
You have wp super cache active. That is not compatible. Can you please deactivate it and also delete any file/folder it created in wp-content?
Let us know if that solves it.
Thanks
April 26, 2016 at 6:00 pm in reply to: Search button customization and making search bar centre aligned #171341yes, their caching system will break sessions.
Cloudways offer same level of security and backups on a much better infrustructure. Thanks

April 26, 2016 at 5:44 pm in reply to: Search button customization and making search bar centre aligned #171326Hi,
I have added some custom css in gd >> design >> scripts.
Normally this is considered beyond support. You can follow this tutorial to learn how to do it: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ or you can use a plugin like this, which should make it easier: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/
Just FYI, you are hosted on a non compatible server configuration, please review: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/
Ask them to move you into a VPS or you will encounter many problems.
Thanks
Hi,
unfortunately we can’t do it remotely, old licenses are saved in your DB as options.
This is what I’d do:
1) go to appearance >> editor
2) select 404.php template of your active theme
3) add this line of code below the
<?phpopening tag and save:
delete_option('geodir_licence_keys');4) visit a non existing page of your website to call that function. Example: globaltwincities.com/jakjvbsdlvbjsdvb
5) delete the line of code added at point 4) from your 404.php template. (VERY IMPORTANT)
6) go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Update / Licences, all license fields should be empty now. Enter your new licenses.
Let us know if you want us to do this for you, we will need admin credentials in case.
Thanks

hi,
images should be imported with only the file name.
This:
http://timesharevoice.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/PeacockSuites/PeacockSuites-1.jpg
should have been
PeacockSuites-1.jpg
Than all images should ahve been copied via FTP in the folder indicated by the script.
Thanks

Hi,
something is removing our plugin classes for those select fields.
I asked to the developers to help us figure out what it is.
We’ll let you know asap.
Thanks
Hi,
all problems are coming from our plugin core file being customized.
custom_functions.php for one example has been edited to do something with the video tab and that is what’s breaking the layout.
We strongly advise not to touch any plugin file, any kind of customization can be done without modifying core files via actions and filters.
Please replace the edited files with original files and make sure to customize your website the right way. Once you modify any core file, support on our side stops.
Thanks
Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#navigation
remove them from there and add them back as custom link via Appearance >> Menu.
Thanks
Hi,
there is no option to do something similar but to customize the code of the category widget and it’s css.
This is beyond support.
Thank you
