Have you tried making a new form? Try adding a new contact form to see if it works, and create a new Ninja Forms shortcode on that page.
If NF isn’t working anywhere then yes, deactivate and delete it, then install it again from WordPress.org – but, you will probably need to setup the forms again, yes.
Please share a screenshot of where the images are not right. They look ok to me when I checked, and the slideshow works as expected.

We provide UsersWP Mailchimp integration, to add new users to MailChimp.
Otherwise you can do as Kor said with users or export listings and grab the email field there.

You can do that yourself or hire a designer/developer to help you with it.
All of the Starter styles are available to see, so, you can copy them and use them to override the Supreme styles.

are you trying to use it as a map icon? Not all FA icons can be used for map icons, unfortunately. Is it showing as an inverted droplet?

It may be that GD’s version of FA is newer than other plugins on your site and that there is a conflict.
GD and UsersWP both don’t have a setting for that, but there is a snippet here:

There are two fields to specify image fields, and both can take multiple values.
In the archive item, select types=logo, fallback=something else
In the details page, select types=post_images, fallback=0Both fields have defaults, so, you will need to add values to both to take control of them.
