Cheers Virginia!

Cheers Virginia is a community oriented website dedicated to the producers of local, regional and statewide craft beer, cider, mead, spirits and wine. The site also includes related organizations and supporters of these industries. The site is broken down by industry then state regions, using CPTs at the industry level and categories within each CPT at the state region level. The events section is broken down by industry categories then using custom fields by event type. We’re using the Social Importer plugin to automatically share listings and events to our Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts based on IFTTT applets. We’re using s2Member for our various membership levels along with CCAPs to differentiate between industries. Future enhancements will include self-servicing press releases, integrating the site with MailChimp and setting up an affiliate program.

Our site is entirely based around WP GeoDirectory and we couldn’t be more thrilled at the way it’s turned out. We’ve received a lot of compliments and accolades and look forward to our continued partnership with the WPGD team!
