Add custom CSS for GeoDirectory in WordPress itself, at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. GeoDirectory v1 had its own custom CSS box under GeoDirectory > Design > Scripts, but that setting was removed in v2 and the WordPress box replaced it.
- Go to Appearance > Customize.
- Click Additional CSS.
- Paste your CSS and click Publish.
CSS added there is saved with your theme, so you can see the change in the preview before you publish it.
Block themes
Block themes such as our Directory theme do not show the Customize menu. Go to Appearance > Editor > Styles and open Additional CSS from the styles menu.
Other places
- A child theme’s style.css, if you already use a child theme.
- Most GeoDirectory blocks have a CSS class option in their advanced settings. Add your own class there and target it in your CSS, so the style only applies to that block.
For ready-made examples, see GeoDirectory frequently asked CSS customizations.
