GeoDirectory reviews are WordPress comments with a star rating, so you turn reviews off by turning off comments for the post type. This removes the review form and the rating stars for every listing of that type.
Turn off reviews for a post type
- Go to Places > Settings > General (or the Settings page of your other post type).
- Click Show Advanced if you don’t see all the settings.
- Tick “Disable comments”.
- Save.
If you want to keep comments but drop the stars, tick “Disable ratings” instead. There is also a “Single review” setting that stops a user leaving more than one review on the same listing.
Remove the Reviews tab
Reviews already left on your listings can still show in the Reviews tab on the details page. To remove it, go to Places > Settings > Tabs, remove the Reviews tab and save.
If you still see reviews at the bottom of the listing page, check your Details Page template (GeoDirectory > Settings > General > Pages) for a GD > Single Reviews block and remove it.
