The layout of GeoDirectory category and search pages is set on the blocks inside the archive template, not in a global design setting. Here is where each part lives.
Grid or list view
- Go to GeoDirectory > Settings > General > Pages and open the page set as Archive page (and the Search Page if you want the same there).
- Select the GD > Loop block and set Layout to List view or Grid View with one to five columns. In a shortcode this is
[gd_loop layout='2'], where 0 is list and 1 to 5 are grid columns. - Update the page.
If you still see the old view, that is the view switcher remembering a choice. GD > Loop Actions lets visitors switch view and stores their choice in their browser, which overrides your default for them. Saving the loop clears it for admins. To stop visitors switching, remove the layouts you do not want with the block’s Hide Layouts option.
Image size and quality
Listing images use the sizes from Settings > Media. Blurry images usually mean the thumbnail size is smaller than the space it fills. Increase the size there, then run Regenerate Thumbnails at GeoDirectory > Status > Tools so existing images are resized. GD > Post Images also has an image size option if you want one block to use a different size.
If images look wrong right after a change, clear your caching plugin and browser cache before going further.
Map size
Set the width and height on the GD > Map block itself, for example [gd_map width='100%' height='425px']. If the map is in a sidebar, edit it in the widget settings there.
Spacing
The loop and its cards have row gap, column gap, border and shadow settings in the block. For other spacing use custom CSS.
