GeoDirectory doesn’t set a font of its own. Listings, search forms and the other GeoDirectory elements use your theme’s font, so you change the font in the theme.
Change it in your theme
- Block themes such as BlockStrap: go to Appearance > Editor > Styles > Typography. With BlockStrap, GeoDirectory’s elements pick up the font you choose there.
- Classic themes: go to Appearance > Customize and look for a Typography or Fonts section. Where it is, and whether it exists, depends on the theme.
Change it with CSS
If your theme has no font setting, add CSS at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. This example sets Arial for the whole site:
body {
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
}
If some text keeps the old font, the theme sets it on that element directly. Use your browser’s inspect tool to find the element and add it to the rule.
If the text looks too small
GeoDirectory sizes its text in rem units, which scale from the page’s root font size. Some themes set that root size low, which makes every GeoDirectory element look small. Go to Settings > AyeCode UI and set HTML Font Size (16 is the usual browser default). See AyeCode User Interface (AUI) for the other settings on that page.
