Every category page uses one archive template, so you build the header once and it fills in the current category on its own. You do not need a separate page or header for each category.
The category title
Add the GD > Page Title block or [gd_page_title] shortcode to your archive template. The template is the page set as Archive page at GeoDirectory > Settings > General > Pages.
The text comes from GeoDirectory > Settings > General > Titles & Meta, in the Category Title setting. The default is All %%category%% %%in_location_single%%. Change it to %%category%% if you want only the category name. See Settings Overview for General > Titles & Meta for all the variables.
This page title still works when Yoast SEO, Rank Math or another SEO plugin is active. Those plugins take over the meta title and meta description in the browser tab and search results, but the heading on the page still comes from the GeoDirectory setting.
The category description and image
Add the GD > Category Description block or [gd_category_description] to show the text from Category Top Description on each category. That field accepts HTML, so you can put an image or icon in it for each category.
Two headings on the page
If you see two titles, for example your own heading and one from the theme, your theme is printing its own archive title as well. Remove one of them: either drop the page title block from the template, or turn off the archive title in your theme settings.
Shortcodes from GeoDirectory v1 do not work in v2. Every current element is available as a shortcode, a block and a widget, and the shortcode builder lists them all.
